BJP President Nitin Naveen Holds Housewarming Ceremony at New Official Residence
Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nitin Naveen held a housewarming ceremony at his new official residence on Motilal Nehru Marg. The residence allotted to him is a Type-8 bungalow, which earlier belonged to former Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren.
The housewarming ceremony was organised in the presence of family members, senior party leaders and other guests. Several prominent BJP leaders attended the event and extended their wishes to the party president on shifting to the new residence.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Kiren Rijiju and G. Kishan Reddy were among the senior leaders who reached the official residence to attend the ceremony. The presence of several senior leaders made the event politically significant within party circles.
The bungalow on Motilal Nehru Marg has now been formally allotted to Nitin Naveen as his official residence following his appointment as BJP national president. The residence falls in the category of high-level government accommodation generally allotted to senior constitutional authorities, ministers and top political leaders.
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary also attended the ceremony, along with several MPs and party office-bearers. Party leaders and well-wishers congratulated Nitin Naveen and his family on the occasion.
The gathering reflected the importance of Nitin Naveen’s new role in the party organisation. After assuming charge as BJP president, his official residence is expected to become an important centre for party-related meetings, consultations and organisational activities.
The ceremony was kept as a traditional housewarming event, attended by close family members, senior leaders and key political associates. Party leaders present at the occasion conveyed their best wishes for his new responsibilities and future organisational work.
